Both are amazing self-priming products that are also mildew resistant. Sometimes depending on the particular project I also use Top Of the Line Exterior Paint from Sherwin Williams. They also have amazing and durable exterior products.

Our Exterior Painting Process

1. Estimating

I will provide a straightforward free and no-obligation estimate for the entire job with no hidden fees. I will tell you what you need, what you DON’T need, and how much it will cost. My rates are very reasonable. If you wish I will also advise you on colors and the best type of paint for your particular situation.

2. Preparation

We will cover and tape all necessary areas to make sure they are protected from primer and paint and be careful around the house with your landscaping.

We understand how important preparation is to ensure the final paint job is the highest quality possible, and we follow essential steps to prepare all surfaces before a single paintbrush touches them, including:

Scraping off any loose paint and preparing any glossy areas by scuffing and sanding them
Patching all necessary areas with exterior wood filler
Filling gaps with caulking to ensure there are no future water intrusions
Any knots in wood shellacked
Watter Marks and other stains sealed with “KILZ”
Priming all necessary areas.

All steps in the preparation stage of your exterior house painting are completed with great attention to detail and care for your home.

3. Painting and Full Cleanup
