Our Interior Painting Process

1. Estimating and Color Consultation

I will provide a straightforward free and no-obligation estimate for the entire job with no hidden fees. I will tell you what you need, what you DON’T need, and how much it will cost. My rates are very reasonable. If you wish I will also advise you on colors and the best type of paint for your particular situation. 

2. Cover Floor and Furniture

We take extra care that your possessions are protected. We will cover the floor with clean drop cloths. We will move furniture to the center of the room and protect it during the painting by covering it with plastic, and then after the painting is completed we will return it to the original location. We understand that you want your project completed with a minimum of inconvenience. We will make every effort to minimize the disruption of your activities while work is in progress.

3. Preparations before applying finish paint.

We understand how important preparation is to ensure the final paint job is the highest quality possible, and we follow essential steps to prepare all surfaces before a single paintbrush touches them, including any holes and cracks repairing, drywall patching, sanding, caulking, and priming before applying the finishing coat.

4. Painting 

Once all surfaces have been prepared, your interior house painting can begin. There are multiple finish options, including flat, matte, eggshell, satin, semi-gloss, and high-gloss, and we will have gone over the benefits of each with you beforehand so you can make an informed decision. My favorite paint for the residential interior painting which I always recomend to my customers is Regal from Benjamin Moore.
